Monteith’s Beer & Wild Food Challenge
The Monteith’s Beer & Wild Food Challenge is a prestigious national challenge amongst restaurants, bars and cafes competing against one another to create New Zealand’s ultimate wild food dish matched perfectly to a Monteith’s beer or cider.
Expert Judging and Public Voting for the Monteith’s Beer & Wild Food Challenge is from 16th July to 12th August 2012, during which time the public can experience and vote on the wild food dishes at participating restaurants and bars. Each person who votes by text will receive a voucher to their mobile phone for two complimentary Monteith’s redeemable at participating outlets.
Once the top ‘People’s Choice’ finalist and six regional ‘Expert Judging’ finalists have been chosen, they will compete in the hotly contested live “Cook Off” final in Auckland.
The winning restaurant or bar takes home the title of 2012 Monteith’s Beer & Wild Food Challenge national winner, along with a cash prize of $15,000!
